Gerard Cleveland is a distinguished lawyer, educator, author, and management consultant with extensive experience in criminal justice training, legal practice, and educational leadership. He currently serves as Co-Chair of the Police Society for Problem-Based Learning, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing innovative training methodologies for law enforcement agencies worldwide.With a career spanning over three decades, Mr. Cleveland has worked as a principal consultant for various governmental agencies, including the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the Attorney General’s Office of South Dakota, and the Western Australia Justice Department. His expertise in legal education, problem-based learning, and community-based justice reform has led him to serve as a keynote speaker at international conferences, including the International CPTED Conference in São Paulo, Brazil.As an academic, Mr. Cleveland has held positions as an Associate Professor at Notre Dame Law School, where he coordinated and lectured on Mental Health and the Law.
